Calculator

The calculator o BC-9 not only provide normal mathematical calculations such as ADD, SUBSTRACT, MULTIPLY, DIVISION, but also provide useful trigonometric calculation that are frequently required during process such as SIN, COS, TAN, SQR, inverse SIN, CPS, TAN etc.

 

Special RESVLT TRANSFER function not only can transfer all calculated result to selected axes, but also can pick up selected axes’ position counting value into calculators as an operators.

 

Shrink function

The plastic objects will be shrunk after it is injected into form. When process mould, its real processing dimension must be enlarged or shrunk according to the shrinkage based on the finished products dimension.

  

Pitch Circle Diameter (PCD) Function

BC-9 provides auto sharing holes on the circle function. User simply enters following cutting parameters as per the step by step guides that indicated on the auxiliary display window, then the BC-9 will calculate all the pitch holes position coordinate and temporarily preset those holes position coordinates to zero (0.000). User move the workpiece until the display axes=0.000, the pitch holes position is reached.

  ●Number of Holes (NO.HOLE)

  ●Star Angle (ST.ANG)

  ●End Angle (END.ANG)

After the above parameters enter into BC-9, BC-9 calculate and preset all divided holes (number of holes) on the circle. User can use [↑] or [↓] keys to select one of the holes and move the workpiece until display=0.000. This hole’s cutting position is locked.
